Note: We understand that roads and airports may close due to weather and flights get cancelled. If your travel plans change please call and leave a message or email us. Once we have acquired the groceries we cannot issue a refund for the groceries. Cancelled reservations are non-refundable.
The Grocery Delivery "Reservation" is Not Refundable(Delivery Reservation Portion - This is the standard delivery fee plus the charges for special delivery times like "4 pm to 6 pm")
All Food & Beverage Orders Cancelled Over 30 Days Prior to Delivery are Fully Refundable(Since our Shopping Bears have not "gathered" any grocery items in advance of your Colorado Vacation)
Any "Non Perishable" Grocery Items Not Acquired Prior to Delivery are Fully Refundable(Beer, Wine, Frozen Food, Canned Food, Etc. - We acquire most "Non Perishable Items" up to 30 days in advance of delivery)"Perishable" Grocery Items & Deli Platters Cancelled Over 3 Days Prior to Delivery are Fully Refundable(Fruit, Vegetables, Milk, Fresh Deli Meats & Cheeses, Etc. - We Gather all "Perishable Items" up to 3 days in advance of delivery)All Food & Beverage Orders Cancelled Less than 2 Days Prior to Delivery are Not RefundableAll "Last Minute" cancellations are Not Refundable because the groceries have already been processed for delivery.
If we are able to enter the unit and stock the kitchen ahead of your arrival we will.If we cannot access the unit: We will make a 1st delivery attempt on your scheduled time and day.We will make a 2nd delivery attempt at the end of your scheduled delivery day (after 9 pm)We will make a 3rd delivery attempt the next morning (Between 10 am and 12 pm)
We will make a 4th and final delivery attempt that night (after our scheduled deliveries on that day)
Refunds for Orders Delivered Outside of the Scheduled Delivery TimeWe will make every reasonable attempt to delivery your groceries during the time window you select. In the event they are delayed in making your grocery delivery, we will credit the difference between the scheduled delivery time you selected and the next delivery window.Example:If you selected3 pm to 5 pm Delivery (Additional $35 to standard delivery charge)And we were delayed due to weather, accidents on the road, etc..We would refund the $10 difference between your delivery time and the time we delivered7 pm to 9 pm Delivery (Additional $25 to standard delivery charge)Our drivers will not compromise their safety in order to deliver in that time window.Additionally, If the order is refused by the customer (Example: The guest's have cancelled their trip and will not be vacationing here, or delivery was outside of the requested delivery time and guest refuses to accept the groceries) the groceries will be donated to the Father Dyer Church in Breckenridge to feed the homeless, but no payments to Haveit2go will be refunded.
Per our credit card processing company:"it takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with our processor. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer's card issuing bank, it may take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer's account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund".
One place you need to have in mind when planning a trip to Breckenridge. Don dropped off an assortment of local beers for 15 of us along with snacks. Did I mention it was around 11 pm? That's what I call top notch customer service. Give them a ring if you are heading to Breck with a group. It will make your life that much easier/enjoyable when you get to town (early or late) and have drinks and food waiting for you. Also if you need suggestions just ask Don. He seems to know a thing or two about the town.
We service all of Summit County, Colorado delivering groceries to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone Resort. You must make a delivery reservation for delivery. We do not ship groceries.
